Compatibility with hardware and other software

NOTOCORD-hem™ Evolution is an open software platform that ensures maximum and flawless compatibility with a large range of devices, including implants, and software.

Our software can be interconnected with the main hardware on the market providing digital and analog signals, including bluetooth ECG device, optical fiber acquisition system, infrared video recordings etc.

In addition, NOTOCORD® developed dedicated acquisition servers to provide seamless connectivity with hardware devices.

 


 

OpenART - NOTOCORD® provides a specific acquisition servers  for DSI implants up to 4, 8, 12 and 16 sources (DSI60a/b/c/d respectively). Data collected with DSI’s Hybrid Digital (HD) implantable transmitters can be processed with NOTOCORD® modules for cardiovascular studies including ECG, EMG and pressure analyzers...

DSI's cardio-pulmonary transmitter for large animal models monitors many variables via chest impedance. For that type of signals, NOTOCORD® developed the Respiratory impedance analyzer RIA30a, suitable for non-human primates and dogs.

  • NOTOCORD-hem™ 4.2 is compatible with DSI OpenART™ 2.3 and 3.11.
  • NOTOCORD-hem™ 4.3 is compatible with DSI OpenART™ 4.32.


 

PhysioTel™ Digital - PhysioTel™ Digital is DSI™'s new fully digital large animal telemetry platform capable of monitoring animals in social housing environments.

Our dedicated server DSI71a-e allows direct acquisition of signals from up to 32 PhysioTel™ Digital implants in NOTOCORD-hem™. The module includes acquisition from DSI™ Ambient Pressure Reference Monitor (APR-1). Correction with the ambient pressure may be applied to the pressure channels.

Data collected with Physiotel Digital™ implants can be processed with NOTOCORD®modules for cardiovascular studies including ECG, EMG and pressure analyzers.


Following the Konigsberg (ITS) closure announcement, NOTOCORD continues to support all customers using such technology. Thanks to analog outputs, there is no impact on software. NOTOCORD is connected to multiple telemetry platforms and we will be glad to assist customers in developing new strategies.

IPRECIO Dual Pumps - Through its dedicated acquisition server, IPD30a, NOTOCORD® allows data collection from Primetech iPRECIO® Dual infusion pumps and scheduling of infusions for up to 8/16 devices.

NOTOCORD® provides a specific acquisition server for TMSi devices: TMS31a. Data collected with TMSi devices can be processed with NOTOCORD® modules for electrophysiological (EMG, EEG and ECG),respiration, pressure, temperature or movement signals

Stellar Telemetry - NOTOCORD-hem™ is also compatible with TSE Systems devices, through STE10a-c, a dedicated acquisition server for Stellar Telemetry implants that connects up to 32 implants.

WPI

NOTOCORD® provides a generic acquisition server to collect directly any analog signal, externally output by a device. The signal acquisition is performed through our dedicated World Precision Instruments server:  WPI10a.

Corscience BT3/6 and BT12 devices provide low cost and ambulatory 3 to 12 ECG leads recordings adapted to cardiac safety and toxicology studies in large animals. Continuous ECG  measurement and heart rate calculation with acoustical R-wave signal can be acquired with our dedicated acquisition servers CSW10a/b (for up to 7 and 14 devices respectively).

 

Microsoft Windows®

NOTOCORD® is a Microsoft certified partner since 2005. Ascending compatibility with Microsoft operating systems is provided as part of the maintenance service.

  • NOTOCORD-hem™ 4.2 is compatible with Windows® XP SP3 and Excel 2007.
  • NOTOCORD-hem™ 4.3 is compatible with Windows® 7 and Excel 2010.

We created converters for data acquired with other software (Biopac, Dataquest A.R.T., EDF /EDF+, Ponemah files...) to be analyzed with NOTOCORD-hem™ Evolution.

NOTOCORD-hem™ Evolution is a flexible software. Users can even design and integrate on our platform their own analysis modules developed under Win32, MATLAB® or .Net, with functionalities such as EXT10a/m/n respectively.

Processing and analysis of NOCOTORD-hem™ and MATLAB® data streams are possible in both environments using our library of functions MPI10a.

NOTOCORD-hem™ Evolution is compatible with Mathworks MATLAB® version R2006b and above.
