NOTOCORD support provides you with technical assistance over remote sessions using Netviewer software. Netviewer allows desktop sharing between the consultant and the participant, providing a collaboration space for specific topics training, problem solving, troubleshooting or demonstration of new functionalities.

Easy setup

• No installation or plug-ins is requested.
• No changes to the operating system are requested.
• Netviewer is firewall compatible (HTTP tunneling via Port 80).
