AccessManager software module
For those working in a GLP environment, 21 CFR Part 11 compliance is achieved by using our Access-Manager security module and Audit Trail Kernel extension.

Access control is achieved through AccessManager software module. It allows fast and easy set up of user access control through security profiles. The security profile of an individual user defines the actions allowed for that particular user such as reading files, modifying files, viewing the contents of a folder, or deleting files. A user ID and password ensures authentication of the user to perform an action. An administrator can define NTFS policies on a specific folder to allow file access for NOTOCORD-hem but restrict direct actions from the current interactive user account.

Audit Trail information lists all the actions performed on a data file. The information contains the nature and reason (GLP) for the action/change, date and time stamp, identity of the responsible user, and user comments. It also contains the new values as well as tracking the old values. Advanced security features ensure that the audit trail cannot be altered.

NOTOCORD AccessManager settings can be applied in order to set security on all NOTOCORD-hem functions.
