Acquire
NOTOCORD-hem is a modular software application that acquires signals from a wide variety of acquisition devices (A/D PCI cards, TMS, DSI, VivoMetrics®…). Simple pull and connect actions will quickly get you configured and ready to start data acquisition and analysis. Adding comments and event markers is easy while recording.
Our software flexibility permits to adjust parameters such as number of acquisition channels, sampling rate, calibration, displaying, online analysis, filtering… For each experiment, one single file is generated, including configuration, raw data (physiological signals, video), derived signals, computed parameters, and audit trail. Our powerful technology allows a data file size up to 100 GB while keeping a fast access time to any period of signal.




Display
Real-time acquisition and display is a key feature of our technology. Acquired raw data and calculated trends are available for display in any combination, at any time and for any part of the experiment with a simple mouse click.
User can stop scrolling signals and review any part of data being acquired without interrupting or perturbing the acquisition.
Files can be reviewed instantly after acquisition file, without ever having to replay the data.




Analyze
NOTOCORD-hem offers an extensive library of analysis modules and signal processors for online computation of relevant data points and parameters. All data are permanently saved in the file and made available for immediate visual inspection and validation.
NOTOCORD expert team made of development engineers and scientific product engineers reinforces our expertise helped by our validated physiological signals database. Our products are designed, developed and tested with representative signals, thus allowing assessment of module’s performance.




Data review
NOTOCORD-hem has the unique capability of avoiding users to perform time costly ‘Replays’ of data in order to review recorded signals. All waveforms and computed parameters are instantaneously available for reviewing during data collection or after it. VME10e/v modules have been designed specifically for reviewing and validating automated ECG analysis done with one of ECG analyzers (ECG30x), adapted to dog, non-human primate, guinea pig or swine ECG signals. It is designed for editing / validating analysis zones predefined at specific time points. In a dedicated display, the user may add, move and delete detected ECG fiducial points. All actions are traced under AccessManager controls. User can then validate the current analysis zone, then moving automatically to the next zone.




Report
We have developed an exclusive reporting system based on Microsoft Excel®. It enables the user to formulate his requests with the help of wizards directly in the spreadsheet. Indeed NOTOCORD has a unique streamlined reporting process that can bring data out of a data file directly into the final report.
The important aspect is the traceability that is kept at the level of the report about the origin and location of the extracted data. Templates can be created for experiments having similar protocols and final reports obtained in a matter of seconds after the experiment is over.
Our unique Microsoft Excel® based reporting system is designed to drastically reduce the amount of time to produce your report. Individual reported data points can be quickly viewed regardless of the size of your data file. Our technology provides increased confidence in your reported data.
